RFP Snapshot accepts PDF, Word (.docx), Excel (.xlsx), and plain text files. This covers the vast majority of solicitation and pricing documents distributed through OASIS+, STARS III, Alliant 3, CIO-SP4, SeaPort-NxG, and other contract vehicles. If you have a format we don't support, reach out and we'll add it.

Our AI extraction pipeline is tuned specifically for federal solicitation documents. We achieve high accuracy on structured fields like due dates, contract types, and key personnel counts. For qualitative summaries like scope and evaluation criteria, accuracy is comparable to a senior BD analyst's interpretation. We recommend using snapshots as a triage tool — they're designed to help you decide what's worth a deeper read, not to replace reading entirely.

All uploads are encrypted in transit and at rest. We do not share your documents with other users. However, we do not currently accept documents marked CUI, FOUO, or any classified material. Stick to unclassified solicitation documents only.

Yes. There are no contracts and no cancellation fees. Monthly plans cancel immediately at the end of the billing period. Annual plans can be canceled anytime and you'll retain access through the end of your paid year.

Yes. While we highlight OASIS+, STARS III, Alliant 3, CIO-SP3, GSA MAS, SeaPort-NxG, POLARIS, and HCaTS, the platform works with any federal solicitation document. Agency-specific BPAs, IDIQs, and standalone RFPs all work. If it's a government solicitation, we can summarize it.

We support Excel uploads specifically because many solicitations include pricing templates and staffing matrices as spreadsheet attachments. Our system can extract relevant data like the number of FTEs, labor categories, and CLIN structures from these files and incorporate them into your Opportunity Snapshot.
