Triage by document type before reading anything in depth. The ten RFPs are live competitions where the clock is running, led by the $1.52B Army RMAS recompete and including full-and-open work at HHS and OSD, 8(a) awards at DOT, DOC, and the Coast Guard, and set-aside RFPs at DOJ NamUs, NGA, and the Navy on SeaPort. The seventeen RFIs and the single Sources Sought are shaping opportunities - lower effort to respond to, but a real chance to influence scope, NAICS, and set-aside before the formal solicitation drops. Several this week, including the DOT SHIFT and DHS ITRP notices, explicitly ask industry to recommend the NAICS.
