Twenty-four unique federal opportunities were processed in RFP Snapshot this week, June 15-21, 2026 - each read, structured, and condensed into a downloadable ~4-page Snapshot. Two things stand out. First, the week skews early-stage: 13 RFIs and 1 Sources Sought, plus a DARPA agency-wide research announcement, against 9 active RFPs, so most of this is about shaping requirements before the formal competition opens. Second, and more telling: 16 of the 24 ran through OASIS+ pools - the task-order and market-research traffic that's only visible to vehicle holders watching GSA eBuy day to day.
The list below is ordered by response deadline, soonest first - and the front of the list is already closing. The Air Force Project Nightingale NAICS notice closed June 19, and a cluster of five market-research responses are due June 22, the same day this posts; twelve opportunities close by June 26. The standout biddable item is the State Department's Configuration Management and Infrastructure Support RFP (8(a) competitive, NAICS 541511, due June 27), one of the few fully competitive RFPs in an otherwise shaping-heavy week. Jump to any item from the table, or open its full Snapshot for scope, key personnel, evaluation approach, and dates in one place. New to RFP Snapshot? Your first three Snapshot downloads are free.

How to work this list
Triage by document type before reading anything in depth. The nine RFPs are live competitions where the clock is running, and three of them, the State Department configuration-management RFP, the USGS science-and-technical-support recompete, and the DHS facility-engineering RFP, still have real runway. The RFIs and the DHS Sources Sought are shaping opportunities: lower effort to respond to, but a real chance to influence scope, NAICS, and set-aside before the formal solicitation drops. The IRS Peer Support and NIST training notices, for instance, invite respondents to recommend the NAICS. For a repeatable method, see our guide on how to rip through a government RFP in under 10 minutes.
The throughline this week is OASIS+: sixteen of the twenty-four ran through an OASIS+ pool. That's the lane where a lot of high-value work lives, and it's largely invisible unless you hold the vehicle and watch eBuy. If that's unfamiliar territory, our explainer on federal contract vehicles and our OASIS+ task-order triage guide break down how to position for them.
